Free interactive math tools aligned with Common Core standards
First grade mathematics focuses on four critical areas: developing understanding of addition and subtraction within 20, developing understanding of whole number relationships and place value, developing understanding of linear measurement, and reasoning about shapes and their attributes. Students build fluency with addition and subtraction facts to 10 and work with problems within 20.
