Founded by Derek Giordano, a passionate business owner and parent of four kids, as well as a lifelong learner who built SmartOnlineGames to make high-quality educational tools freely available to every child. All educational content is developed using established standards frameworks (Common Core, NGSS, AI4K12, CASEL) and reviewed against authoritative sources.

Our Mission

SmartOnlineGames was founded with a simple belief: every child deserves access to high-quality educational tools, regardless of their family's financial situation. We create free, interactive learning games and tools for students in kindergarten through 8th grade — with no login required, no ads displayed, and no personal data collected.

Our library of 200+ interactive tools covers mathematics, science, reading and language arts, history, geography, computer science, art, music, financial literacy, social-emotional learning, and more. Every tool is designed to work on any device — from school Chromebooks to phones to interactive whiteboards.

Our Approach to Education

We believe that learning is most effective when it is interactive, visual, and engaging. Our tools are built on research-backed educational principles:
