Build emotional intelligence, resilience, and kindness. Free SEL activities for kids that make a real difference.
Social-emotional learning (SEL) helps children develop essential life skills including self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making. Research from the Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning (CASEL) shows that students who participate in SEL programs demonstrate improved academic performance, better behavior, and reduced emotional distress.
Our SEL tools use interactive activities to help children identify and manage emotions, build empathy, practice kindness, and develop a growth mindset. Through guided scenarios, reflection prompts, and gamified challenges, students build the emotional vocabulary and coping strategies they need to navigate social situations, handle setbacks, and build positive relationships with peers and adults.
These tools align with the CASEL framework and support school-wide SEL initiatives, morning meetings, advisory periods, and at-home social-emotional development.
