As we previously mentioned, Fox aired a promo at the Super Bowl on Sunday for their new film ‘Rio’, which would feature a little secret code that will unlock a new level of Angry Birds.
After the break is the promo that aired, and features the Angry Birds code, which is a level reference (0:27 – If you didn’t figure it out, we’ll show you how you can unlock the secret level on Angry Birds.)
Once you complete the level, you’re redirected to a site so you can enter the ‘Rio’ sweepstakes, to possibly win a trip to Rio de Janeiro, to see the world premiere of the film. (Unfortunately, if you’re outside the U.S. you will be redirected to the ‘Angry Birds Rio’ app trailer.)
Are you on Android or iOS? You should check for updates. You have to have the latest update to get the latest levels, which were released last week.
How did that commercial have anything to do with launching a white bird backwards and dropping the egg on the small ledge behind the catapult?
